By accessing or using Alphatutor.Virten.App ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

- Use the Service for any illegal activities

3. Subscriptions and Payments
Our Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
- No refunds will be provided for any reason
- Subscription cancellations are handled through the Stripe customer portal
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by the AI through your use of the Service belongs to you. You may share or republish the AI's responses as you see fit. However, the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains our exclusive property.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your user data will be destroyed, and you will lose access to all Service features.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technology, and while we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from:
- Incorrect or inaccurate AI responses
- Errors or omissions in content
- Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the Service
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at dispute@virten.app to attempt to resolve any disputes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
